Policies 

PLEASE READ OUR POLICY, FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES WILL RESULT IN BOOKING ENDING EARLY WITH NO REFUND. 
  • STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO CANDLE BURNING, NO INCENSE in Studio. 

  • ONLY sitting allowed on the furniture. NO standing. Any Shoe marks or scratches on the furniture will result in a charge for repair, and/or replacement. 

  • Studio door MUST be kept closed at ALL times. 

  • STRICTLY NO Eating / Drinking on Furniture Any food/drink can be placed on the makeup table in the studio ONLY. 

  • STRICTLY NO Bags / Gear or Products allowed on Furniture. Any stains or scratches caused by gear placed on the furniture will result in repair or replacement. 

  • STRICTLY NO Makeup, No Oil, Beauty products allowed on Furniture except makeup station.

  • I understand Any stains or marks on Furniture left during booking, will result in an EXTRA charge for professional cleaning and/or the cost of a replacement.

  • ALL Backdrop changes must be changed with the hostess's help.

*We do have cameras on the space to monitor: safety, arrival times + departure time, overtimes, extra charges, and damages. 

 

  • Noise levels must be kept to a minimum level only during my booking.

  • Pets are STRICTLY NOT allowed in the studio and my booking will be canceled immediately if accompany myself or guest/s. 

  • I understand that the Rug may NOT be lifted, folded, or crumpled. I understand that any moving of rug, stains, or spillages caused on rug or furniture by you or guests, will result in an EXTRA charge for cleaning and/or replacement. 

  • I will leave the space on or before my booking end time. Overtime will be chargeable if the space is NOT vacated on time. If you need extra time, contact me for overtime first to check availability. 

  • I understand that permission MUST be obtained to move furniture. Our furniture is highly valuable, and any damage caused will result in charges for replacement purchase and other packaging and shipping costs. 

  • ALL furniture MUST be placed back in the original position as found. Failure to place back furniture will result in additional fees. 

  • Any trash MUST be placed in the trash can provided. 

  • CONTENT SPACE  DOOR MUST BE SHUT CLOSED AND LOCKED UPON EXIT. 

Refund Policy 

In the case of inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents cr8 + co from being open on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or the client will be refunded.

 

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you cancel your booking within 48 hours  of the booking date.  

In the event you need to reschedule your booking please give us a 24-48 hour notice.
